Mrs. Lennon has supervised more than 1000 real estate transactions, collectively, of both residential and commercial real estate in the past year alone. Her ability to professionally facilitate a smooth closing process on a personal level has earned her an exemplary reputation in the real estate world and has secured her a dedicated clientele of Realtors®, mortgage lenders and builders in both Nassau County and Duval County, Florida. Before attending law school, Mrs. Lennon was employed as a paralegal in a variety of real estate law firms. She brings to her firm more than 20 years of experience, skill, and success.
Mrs. Lennon is a native of Hamden, Connecticut and has resided on Amelia Island since 1992 after relocating from Washington D.C. because of the military transfer of her husband (Steve Lennon, Jr., Command Master Chief, U.S. Navy, Ret.) to Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, Georgia. They have raised their son, Stephen III, a Fernandina Beach native, on Amelia Island — and continue their significant involvement in the local community.
Mrs. Lennon completed her B.S. degree in criminal justice at Troy State University and completed her J.D. degree at the Florida Coastal School of Law, Jacksonville, Florida in 2003. She is involved with, and supports, many local organizations, including the Amelia Island Chamber of Commerce, the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors, FLTA, ALTA and the Nassau County Bar Association.
